Thank you so much for inquiring about me. I love connecting with people and I’m happy to share my background information. I have been a massage therapist since 1983. I maintained a private practice in Wisconsin for fifteen years until I relocated to Sedona in 1998 where I have given massage at vacation rentals, in private practice and at boutique spas. I expanded to Sun City in the summer of 2021 and travel back and forth between the Verde Valley and Sun City.
Beginning January 2025, I am offering massage at the Bell Recreation Center. Sessions are by appointment only and at times I am available on short notice – it is best to text me for fastest response.
I offer the option of hot stones in my massage sessions. I like working with the stones on the neck and back, the major stress areas. I feel the combination of the heat from the stones and the pressure of the massage make a great combination to soothe tight muscles.
I bring my love for people, joy of giving, and passion for living into each session. I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist at 17 years of age when I received my first massage. Experience great massage through the love of my work!

Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is a Japanese healing art that is very gentle yet powerful. It helps to balance and harmonize the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. It involves a light touch on specific points of the body along energetic flows that help to open blocked energy and restore homeostasis.
